Ana Maria Boavida

Ana Maria Boavida has a degree in Mathematics, branch of Educational Training, a master’s degree in education and development and a PhD in Education, specializing in Mathematics Didactics. She is a retired professor from the School of Education of the Polytechnic Institute of Setúbal. She has developed her professional activity at the level of initial and continuous training of educators and teachers of Elementary Education and is the author of publications and articles published in specialized journals in mathematics didactics. Her research interests focus on teachers' practices, collaborative work, and Philosophy of Mathematics. She was part of the Digital Educational Resources (RED) project team.
