Anais Iglesias Sanchez

Anaïs Iglesias Sánchez holds a BA in Business Administration and Masters Degree in International Management from the University of Deusto, MBA from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania and a PhD. in Economy and Business Management at University of Deusto. After two years on international consultancy, she has specialized in entrepreneurship and social innovation. She has been working as a Project Manager in Entrepreneurship and Researcher at Deusto Entrepreneurship Centre, the unit for start up development from University of Deusto, for 13 years. She currently works as a researcher and professor in the Basque Culinary Center, where she also coordinates the Master Degree in Training for Gastronomy Lecturers.
