Ananthanarayanan Raghu

Raghu Ananthanarayanan is a behavioural scientist, yoga teacher and author. He has dedicated his life to the study and application of Yoga and Indic traditions to guide the inner transformation of individuals and shape leadership and culture building of organizations. Formally trained as an engineer with an MS in Bio-Medical Engineering from IIT, Madras, Raghu has co-founded many organizations focused on inner transformation and its application in a variety of fields. He has also authored many books and papers on Yoga, Inner transformation and Organizational Alignment. Currently, his wife Sashi and he, donning their role as Chief Mentors are working on nurturing people on a Sacred Quest at Rithambara Ashram, situated in the beautiful Nilagiris.
