Anastasia A. Katou

Anastasia A. Katou is a professor of organizational strategy in the Department of Business Administration at the University of Macedonia in Thessaloniki, Greece. Her research interests include human resource management, organizational behavior, and business strategies, with a focus on organizational performance. She received a BA and an MBA from the University of Sunderland, UK, and a PhD and a PgD from the Cardiff University in Wales, UK.
