Anne D'Amico

Anne D'Amico is an elementary school special educator in Newburgh, NY. She previously taught high school special education in Bronx, NY. Mrs. D'Amico earned a B.A from Fordham University in Communications and Media Studies, an M.A. from the University of Miami in Broadcast Journalism, and an M.S .in Urban Education from Mercy College. Passionate in her belief that all students, especially those with disabilities, should be treated with respect, she is committed to providing high quality reading and writing instruction because literacy is the key to all other facets of learning and is a basic human right.
