Anshul Garg

Anshul Garg is an experienced Senior Lecturer with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry. His research areas include Self Service Technologies, Service Quality, Service Clues, Hospitality Service, Risk and Crisis Management in Hospitality & Tourism and Tourist Risk Perception. He is also skilled in MS Office, Quantitative Research, SPSS, AMOS, and Structural Equation Modeling. He has successfully published research work in various SCOPUS and Web of Science-indexed journals and book chapters in books published by highly recognised publishers (Emerald, CABI, IGI-Global). He also presented his research at various international conferences as a plenary speaker and a presenter in Malaysia, India, Japan, Vietnam, and the Philippines and served as the session chair/moderator for various conferences in India, Malaysia, Japan, and the United States of America. He is a member of the editorial review board for multiple journals and an international advisory board member for conferences held in various countries.
