Ariadna Monje Amor

Ariadna Monje-Amor holds a PhD in Economic Analysis and Business Strategy, a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce. She is an assistant professor at the University of A Coruña (Spain) and serves as a technical supervisor for the Spanish Global Entrepreneurship Monitor team. Dr. Monje-Amor’s research has been published in high-impact journals, and she has actively participated in more than 15 national and international conferences. Her research interests encompass organizational behavior, human resource management, entrepreneurship, strategic employee relations, and organizational change.
