Arielle Rosenthal

Arielle Rosenthal is currently a Senior Research Consultant with Shared Planet. Arielle has led research on food poverty and food waste reduction within the UK food sector and charities and the right to food through community-based organisations for migrants at the United States-Mexico border. With a BA in International Development and Latin American and Caribbean Studies from McGill University and an MSc in International Development and Humanitarian Emergencies from the London School of Economics, Arielle has worked with the United Nations World Food Programme in both Bolivia and Panama, Médecins Sans Frontières in the United States, and other humanitarian organisations around the world. Arielle’s work is particularly focused on the areas of food security, the right to food, food waste, surplus food redistribution services, food systems and sustainability.
