Aysa Siddika

Aysa Siddika is a Research Fellow at the Faculty of Management, Cyberjaya Campus, Multimedia University. With over eight years of experience in the commercial banking sector, she specializes in credit risk management and operational management. In 2018, she successfully obtained her PhD in Business Administration from the International Islamic University of Malaysia. Prior to that, she earned her MBA in Finance and Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Jahangirnagar University, Dhaka, Bangladesh. She has authored a number of articles in the area of bank capital and bank risk management, Islamic finance, fintech, ERP, social media marketing, mental wellbeing, etc.
