Azim Azuan Osman

Azim Osman is a senior lecturer in the Industrial Technology Management program at the Faculty of Industrial Management, Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP). He holds a diploma and Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Manufacturing) with Honours, an MBA specializing in engineering management from University Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP), and a Ph.D. in Operations Management from Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM). His teaching expertise lies in business research methodology, operations management, production planning and control, and industrial quality management. Prior to joining UMP, he worked as a research assistant at UUM. Azim's research interests encompass Lean Management, Quality Management, Change Management, survey methodology, and scale development. His commitment to advancing knowledge is evident through his involvement in over 10 research grants, including university grants, Fundamental Research Grant Scheme (FRGS), Transdisciplinary Research Grant Scheme (TRGS), and external agency grants.
