Barbara Mae Carter

Barbara Mae CarterBarbara Mae Carter is a professor at Colorado Technical University, teaching leadership and organizational development classes. Barbara serves on the dissertation committee for doctoral research at Colorado Technical University and presents at Doctoral Symposia. She is an experienced Instructional Designer with a demonstrated history of consulting and facilitating adult learning. Barbara completed a Doctor of Management with a concentration in Organizational Development and Change from Colorado Technical University. In December 2019, she published her dissertation, The Leadership Practices Female ODC Managers Use to Improve Change Initiatives. Barbara holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts in Management from George Fox University. She is also a Certified Agile Leader and a Certified Ruth Clark Instructional Designer.
