Batuhan Öztürk

Batuhan Öztürk completed his undergraduate education at Gazi University, Faculty of Tourism, Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts in 2016. Öztürk, completed his master's degree in 2020 at Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University Graduate Education Institute, Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts. He started his doctoral education at Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University Graduate Education Institute, Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts, in 2020. Öztürk, who worked in various food and beverage and accommodation establishments after his undergraduate graduation, continues to work as a research assistant at Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University, Faculty of Tourism, Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts, as of 2019. The author's fields of study are gastronomy tourism, nutrition and culinary culture.
