Berat Cicek

Dr. Berat Cicek received his Bachelor degree in Tourism Management at Akdeniz University in 2007. Then, he completed his MA and PhD in Management and Organization at Inonu University in 2012 and 2016, respectively. With an academic career that spans over 10 years, the author actively conducts research focusing on human resources management, leadership, and behaviours at work from comparative, relational, and interdisciplinary perspectives. Dr. Cicek has published over 30 papers in recognized journals and conferences. The author currently works as an Assistant Professor of Management and Organization in the Faculty of Administrative and Economics at Mus Alparslan University, Turkey.
