Tech (Calcutta University), MHROD (Delhi School of Economics, DU), UGC- NET, Ph.D), has 26 years of work experience- 17 years in academics (Management Studies), 9 years in industry (Garment & Textiles) holding numerous positions & assignments, has worked as Whole Time Director at Aniketa Overseas Pvt. Ltd (A Garment Export House), Gurugram (Haryana). Presently he is associated with Sharda School of Business Studies, Sharda University, Greater Noida as Associate Professor in the area of HR & OB. Published more than seventeen research papers in journals and book chapters (indexed in Scopus, ABDC and published in Francis and Taylor, IGI global). His research interest is e-HRM, e-learning, e-governance, Corporate Social Responsibility, Gig employment, Employee engagement, HR Analytics.
