Burcu Karabulut Coşkun was born in 1983 in Ankara/Turkey. Graduated from Baskent University Faculty of Education, Department of Computer Education and Instructional Technology. Got MS degree from Usak University, Department of Primary Education and a Ph.D. degree from Gazi University Department of Computer Education and Instructional Technology. Still working as a Dr instructor at Kastamonu University Faculty of Education, Department of Computer Education and Instructional Technology and the coordinator of Distance Education Application and Research Center of the University.
