Carla Gomes da Costa

Carla Gomes da Costa has a Ph.D. in Management and Human Resources Development (ISCTE-IUL- 2016), a Master's Degree in Social and Organizational Psychology (ISCTE-IUL), a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. She is an Assistant Professor at Universidade Europeia since September 2021, where she is also the Vertical Coordinator for the Management Area and Coordinator of the Master's Degree in HRM and Coordinator of the Bachelor’s Degree in HRM. Being a university teacher for 25 years, she has taught in several higher education institutions in Portugal. She has held academic management positions at the undergraduate and master's levels. She also has 25 years of experience as a consultant and trainer in public and private entities in the areas of Organizational Behavior, HRM and Health Promotion.
