Chia-Hua Chang

ChangChia-Hua is a Professor and the Chairperson of Department of Industrial Management and Information at Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology, Taiwan. He received his Ph.D. degree majored in Industrial and Information management from National Cheng Kung University in 2003. He had been a visiting scholar in Kansas State University, USA, from January 2010 to October 2010. His research interests now focus in the field of Technology Management, including Patent Analysis, Supply Chain Management, Market Analysis and Forecast, etc. Dr. Chang has also leaded a couple of research projects granted by National Science Council and Ministry of Economic Affairs since 2003, and also behaved as a consultant for several small-to-medium enterprises in Taiwan for more than 20 years. Another long-term ongoing collaboration project with Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) has been currently in the tenth year, which devotes to help analyze and forecast 3D IC markets for the consortium of Ad-STAC in Taiwan.
