Cláudia Henriques

Cláudia Henriques has a PhD in Economics (Algarve University, 2002), thesis under the subject of “Management and Planning of Sustainable Tourism in cities and historic city quarters. The case of Lisbon”. She is a lecturer of Tourism Economics, Cultural and Creative Sector and Tourism Planning and Managing at Algarve University (ESGHT_UALG) from 1993 until present. Her research interests are in cultural tourism, tourism planning and management; cultural and tourism policies and cultural heritage (historic centres). She is also a member of CIEO (Centre for Spatial and Organizational Dynamics).
