Cornelia M. Enger

Cornelia Enger is a Professor of General Business Administration, especially Social Management at the West Saxon University of Zwickau. She received her doctorate at the Martin-Luther-University Halle-Wittenberg, Germany and has a study background in Economics (International Business, MBA) as well as Studies of Pedagogics with focus on Adult Education and Continuing Education (Diploma). Furthermore, she worked as a Certified Business Mediator at the Dresden International University and gained experience as a Scientific Assistant in Teaching and Research at the Chemnitz University of Technology, Germany. Her specialities and research areas comprise Social Economy/Social Management, Social Policy, Educational Management, the Design and Development of Organizations (also) from a Sociological Perspective and Theory and Methods of Evaluation Research.
