Damini Saini

Damini Saini is associated with IIM Raipur as an Assistant Professor in OB/HRM. She is also a key editorial member for the Journal of Applied Research in Higher Education. Dr Saini received her PhD from the prestigious Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi. Her research is in ethical leadership, the spiritual climate of business, and positive psychology. Recognition of her research comes from the best paper awards conferred to her work thrice. Apart from this, her scholarly interests are leadership, business ethics, the significance of ethical education in management, value-based management etc. She has contributed to various internationally acclaimed journals and book chapters. She has also actively taken part in various conferences and seminars.
