About Us

Damla Kanik

Damla Kanık was born in 1991 in Izmir. She graduated from Business Administration at Marmara University in 2014. During undergraduate education, within the scope of the second university program, she started Sociology at Anadolu University and graduated in 2016. She began the Human Resource Management master's program at Izmir Democracy University in 2019 and graduated in 2022. During her master's program, she published two articles in Turkey. She has studied green human resource management practices in the textile industry in her master's dissertation. She is working in the Career Center as a lecturer and is continuing a doctorate program in the Business Administration Department at Anadolu University.
