Dejana Pavlovic

Dejana Pavlović holds a Doctorate in Labor Economics from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Organizational Sciences in Management. Her Doctorate focused on the impact of social and economic factors in the Youth Labor Market of the Republic of Serbia. She also holds both Bachelor and Master degrees from the same institution. From January 2013 to June 2015, she worked at the Economic Institute in Belgrade as a Research Assistant. Since June 2015, she has been working at the Institute of Economic Sciences, as a Research Associate. During her career, she participated in several projects on labour market research analysis, gaining experience in project drafting and becoming an expert on the current state of labor in the Serbian market. From March of 2019 to January of 2020, she served as a consultant to the Social Inclusion and Poverty Reduction Unit of the Government of the Republic of Serbia. She has been involved in a plethora of projects bearing international and national importance. Moreover, she has attended numerous scientific conferences and has published several scientific research papers within the field of the youth labour market.
