Devotha G. Nyambo

Devotha G. Nyambo is a researcher and lecturer at the Nelson Mandela African Institution of Science and Technology, Tanzania. Her research focus has been on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and modelling of agricultural systems, especially the livestock systems. She leads the Artificial Intelligence and Complexity Sciences research group at the institution, and also lead of the Agriculture and Environmental Conservation group at the Africa’s Anglophone Artificial Intelligence for Development (AI4D) Multidisciplinary Research Lab. Her current project is on Leveraging Multi-Agent Models for Learning Recommendations and Improvement of Farmer-to-Farmer Interactions in Small Scale Dairy. Her research interests are extended to the application of AI in health and education sectors.
