Diane M. Scott

Diane M. Scott, PhD, CCC-A, has been working in the field of communication sciences and disorders for over 35 years. Her specific areas of interest include multicultural issues in communication disorders, pediatric audiology, and genetic issues in communication disorders. She has worked in academia for most of her professional career, serving as faculty at Hampton University, Michigan State University, and Howard University. Dr. Scott also served as director of the Office of Multicultural Affairs at the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. Currently, she is a full professor at North Carolina Central University.
