Dilek Şen

Dilek Şen graduated from Marmara University, Department of Public Relations and Publicity and worked professionally in many different sectors. In 2011, she co-founded an occupational health and safety company in Bursa, one of Turkey's major industrial cities. She is a female employer and is about to complete her thesis on female workers and female employer profiles at Uludağ University, Department of Women's Studies. She is a civil society volunteer and moderator of reading clubs.
