Dilip Kumar

Dilip Kumar is a seasoned hospitality academician with more than 19 years of academicians with various reputed organisations. Presently Dr. Kumar is working with Welcomgroup Graduate School of Hotel Administration, Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Manipal, India. He has published one book titled “Hotel and Resort Management” published under the Paradise Press. He has also published various articles in Scopus and Web of Science indexed journals. He is also guiding three research scholars under tourism, management, and culinary stream. His area of research revolves around tourism, hospitality, food, sustainable development goals, sustainability, and artificial intelligence. He has organized two international conferences as a convenor and published the conference proceeding in the form of edited books.
