Divya Sharma

Divya Sharma is an independent researcher and has more than 10 years of industry and academic experience to teach/train a variety of courses. Her research interests include Workplace bullying, incivility, abusive supervision, and negative behavior. Dr. Divya Sharma has authored case studies and research papers which got published in reputed journals like Inderscience, and The Case Centre (formerly ECCH, European Case Clearing House). She has been awarded a Best-Case Award from The Case Centre UK and has worked on a Project of Competency Mapping of NSPCL (a joint venture of NTPC and SAIL) employees and has conducted an in-company training programme on “Leadership Development” for NTPC Employees.
