Elaine da Silva

Elaine Silva earned her post Doctorate in Information Science in the area of concentration Information, Technology and Knowledge by Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho (Unesp). Invited professor in the Postgraduate Program in Information Science (PPGCI) of Unesp and in the specialization courses in Information, Technology and Innovation and Innovation in Information Units of the Teaching, Research and Extension Program in Information, Technology and Innovation (ITI UFSCar). Assistant Coordinator of the Working Group Information and Knowledge Management in Organizations (GT-4), of the National Association of Research and Graduate Studies in Information Science (ANCIB), management 2021-2023. PhD in Information Science from Unesp with Sandwich Doctorate developed at the Doctoral Program Formación en la Sociedad del Conocimiento of the Universidad de Salamanca (USAL) in Spain. It works mainly in the following themes: Knowledge production; Information management; Knowledge management; Innovation generation and management, Public innovation policies and National innovation systems.
