Fehmina Khalique is a PhD and MBA in human resource management and currently works as a Professor with Lloyd Business School, Noida, India. She is associated with academics for the past 14 years in the area of human resource management, business communication and cross-cultural management. She has 4 years of industry experience and enjoys being a corporate trainer, counsellor and consultant. Her research interest lies in cross cultural management, international management, human resource management, human capital management and she has to her credit several high-quality research papers. She is also involved in copywriting, editing and reviewing of research articles. In her free time, she likes to do some social work and deliver free career counseling sessions for students on honing their inter-personal and corporate-communication skills.
