Fernando Cesar Balbino

Fernando Cesar Balbino is a professor at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Mato Grosso do Sul (IFMS), and holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar), both in Brazil. Currently, he is also a PhD student at the Institute of Mathematics and Computer Science (ICMC) at the University of São Paulo (USP). His expertise and research interests are centered around computer programming education, Computer Science applied to Education, Software Engineering, and Web application development.
