Firas Izzat Mahmoud Saleh

Firas Izzat Mahmoud Saleh is a PhD holder at the School of Management in Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM). He has more than 23 years of industrial experience in the field of INGOs. Currently, he is the program quality director for CARE International in Jordan. He received his MA in Quality Management from University of Jordan, BSc in Computer Science from Princess Sumaya University for 6, Jordan. He has gained industrial experiences in management of international development and aid projects, PMOs establishment and management, quality management and strategic management in the international nongovernmental organizations industry as well as public and private sectors including Hajj management. He has PMP Certification since 2009. He has published his works in high-quality journals. His research interests center on quality management, nonprofit management, project management, service quality and supply chain management.
