Gabriel Dobrica

Gabriel Dobrica was born in Medgidia City, Constanta, Dobrogea, Romania in 1988. He received the B.S. degree in civil engineering from “Ovidius” University of Constanta, Romania, in 2012, also degree in geodetic engineering from University of Agronomic Sciences and Veterinary Medicine of Bucharest, Romania, in 2014 and the M.S. degree in civil engineering from “Ovidius” University of Constanta, Romania, in 2014. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in Civil engineering and installations at “Ovidius” University of Constanta, Doctoral School of Applied Sciences, Romania. From 2016 up to present, he is working at the National Administration of “Romanian Waters”. His Assessment of Hydrological Drought in the Watershed of Lake Nuntasi-Tuzla, Constanta County, this is also the title of the research topic of the doctoral thesis. Mr. Gabriel Dobric˘a was member of the target group of the project “Academic excellence and entrepreneurial values scholarship system to ensure opportunities for training and development of entrepreneurial skills of doctoral and postdoctoral students—ANTREPRENORDOC”, in 2019.
