Gabriela Beirão

Gabriela Beirão (B.S. from University of Aveiro, Master and PhD from University of Porto) is Assistant Professor at Faculty of Engineering, University of Porto. Her research focuses on services, particularly on service ecosystems, value co-creation, innovation and sustainability. She has been involved in several research projects. Her research has been published in Journal of Service Management, Transport Policy, and others.
