Graham Manville

Graham Manville is an Associate Professor in Strategy and Entrepreneurship in the College of Business, Zayed University, United Arab Emirates. Prior to that he held the roles of Associate Professor, Assistant Dean, Senior Fellow and Senior Lecturer roles at: The University of East Anglia; University of Southampton and Bournemouth University respectively. He earned his PhD in Corporate Performance Management at the University of Southampton. He also holds an MA and an MBA, is an Incorporated Engineer, an Academic Fellow and Certified Management Consultant of the International Council for Management Consulting Institutes (AF CMC). Graham’s cross-disciplinary applied research has won multiple research and consulting awards over the past two decades. Graham has been a qualified life coach since 2006 and is passionate about employability and was Director of Employability at Norwich Business School where he effected transformative change to enable the Business School to become one of the top 20 business schools in the UK for employability. During his 22-year academic career, Graham has developed and nurtured an extensive network of alumni across the world excelling in their respective careers who serve as vicarious role models for his current students.
