Güzide Karakuş

Güzide Karakuş is an Assistant Professor at Necmettin Erbakan University, department of Aviation Management in Türkiye. She holds a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Kocaeli University (1999) and an MBA degree from Gebze Institute of Technology. (2002). She completed her PhD at Selçuk University 2014in Production Management and Marketing. Prior joining academia, she worked in consulting about quality management systems, CE marking and project management. Her research interests include sustainable operations management, environmentally friendly manufacturing, digital transformation in the perspective of Industry 4.0 and its reflections. She teaches Innovation Management, Technology Management, Project Management, Quality Management, Decision Making Techniques, Supply Chain Management, both undergraduate and graduate level. She has authored/co-authored publications in peer-reviewed, 14 journals. Dr. Karakuş has written 8 book chapters and she presented about 15 papers in international conferences. She has undertaken consultancy / manager duties in a total of 9 projects.
