Hakan Turan

Hakan Turan received a bachelor of science from the department of Industrial Engineering at Kocaeli University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the International Business department at the University of East London in 2008. He completed PhD degree at the department of Industrial Engineering at Kocaeli University. Mr. Turan has conducted analytical CRM, Lean Six Sigma, Balanced Scorecard, ERP systems, time studies and FMEA studies. He has about ten years of experience working in production and service sectors as a Quality Control Engineer, System Engineer, Analytical CRM Expert and Manufacturing and Manufacture Planning Manager. He got Master Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certificate. He has given training and consultancy to more than 100 companies.
