Hasanuzzaman Tushar

Hasanuzzaman Tushar earned his Ph.D. from the Graduate School of Human Resource and Organizational Development at the National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA). Currently serving as an Associate Professor and Coordinator in the College of Business Administration at IUBAT, Dhaka. Dr. Tushar has also contributed as a visiting professor at Chandigarh University. His research interests encompass various aspects of Human Resource Management (HRM), Human Resource Development (HRD), Career Development, Leadership, Sustainability, and Education.
