Herman T. Tavani

Dr. Herman T. Tavani is Chair of the Philosophy Department and Director of the Liberal Studies Program at Rivier College, Nashua, NH. He is Co-Executive Director of the International Society for Ethics and Information Technology (INSEIT) and Secretary/Treasurer of the Association for Computing’s Special Interest Group on Computers and Society (ACM SIGCAS). The author of numerous publications in computer ethics, including his recent book Ethics and Technology: Ethical Issues in an Age of Information and Communication Technology, he is Book Review Editor of the journal Ethics and Information Technology, Bibliography Editor of Computers and Society Magazine, and Editor of the INSEIT Newsletter.
