Hiroshi Sato

Hiroshi Sato is a Professor in Educational Leadership at the University of Tsukuba in Japan. He is the Executive Director of the Japanese Association for the Study of Educational Administration. He was awarded the Academic Research Prize of the Japanese Association for the Study of Educational Administration in 2010 and was a visiting scholar at the University of Melbourne in 1998 and 2019. His research interests are principal leadership, educational administration, school improvement, and International Education Policy Analysis.
