Ihor Biletskyi

Ihor Biletskyi is a First Vice-Rector at the O.M. Beketov National University of Urban Economy in Kharkiv (Ukraine). He received his Ph.D. degree in Project Management from O.M. Beketov National University of Urban Economy in Kharkiv (Ukraine) in 2016 and a D.Sc. degree in Economics from Odesa National University of Technology (Ukraine) in 2023. He is an expert of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine for examining research and development projects of the thematic direct “Energy and energy efficiency”, and a Member of the Expert Council of the Sikorsky Challenge Startup Competition. His research activities mainly focus on Energy Efficiency, BIM Technologies, Smart Services, and Project Management.
