Inan Eryilmaz

Inan Eryilmaz was born in Ankara and completed his primary and secondary education in Ankara. Between 2005 and 2020, he did his duty in the Land Aviation Units of the Turkish Armed Forces on aircraft maintenance, quality control and maintenance planning. During his service in the Turkish Armed Forces, he received his bachelor's degree from Manisa Celal Bayar University, Department of Business Administration (2009), master's degree from the Department of Management and Organization (2012) and doctorate degree from the Department of Business Administration (2017). In 2020, he became an Associate Professor in the field of Management and Strategy. Between 2019-2021, he worked at Maltepe University Aircraft Technology program. He continues to work as a faculty member at Süleyman Demirel University, School of Civil Aviation, Department of Aviation Management (2021-.). Dr. Eryılmaz, who continues his research on leadership, motivation, organizational strength, human factors in aviation and team resource management, is the editor-in-chief of the Journal of Aviation Research (JAR) and area editor of the Journal of Aviation.
