Isabel S. Silva

Isabel Silva holds a Ph.D. in Work and Organizational Psychology from University of Minho (Portugal). She is a professor at the School of Psychology of University of Minho and an integrated researcher of CICS.NOVA.UMinho. One of her main research interests is the characterization, evaluation and intervention in specific psychosocial factors, such as "shift work", "work-family conflict", "occupational safety" and "violence at work". She has authored and co-authored several publications in the areas mentioned above.
