Ivy Shen

Ivy ShenIvy Shen is an associate professor of Political Science at Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. Dr. Shen teaches American Politics at the undergraduate level and Public Administration courses at the graduate level. Her research has centered around education policy, nonprofit organizations, government budgeting and finance, performance management, and state politics.
