Jais V Thomas is a dedicated scholar and is part of management at Kristu Jayanti College based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. With a deep passion for management, he is pursuing his PhD in Management at CHRIST (Deemed to be University). His research interests span various facets of management, and he is committed to contributing to the academic discourse in his chosen field. He is a valued faculty member in the Department of Commerce and Management at Kristu Jayanti College, Autonomous, where he imparts his knowledge and expertise to aspiring students. His academic journey and professional responsibilities have equipped him with domain preferences such as design thinking and innovation, digitally empowered organizational development, corporate finance and CSR and strategic management with a unique blend of theoretical and practical insights. He has cleared UGC-NET and published 6 Research papers in various Articles. He has four years of industry experience and three years of experience in teaching.
