Jamila Khurshid is working as an assistant professor at University of Poonch Rawalakot, Pakistan. Dr. Jamila Khurshid earned her Ph.D. (Business Administration) degree from the Capital University of Science and Technology, Pakistan. She has broad insight into the topics of organisational sciences and has published several papers in impact factor and HEC approved journals. She has presented many national and international research conferences. She is also a trainer and delivered training various government institutions in Islamabad Pakistan. Dr. Jamila is also a reviewer of several journals. Her research areas are women entrepreneurship, organizational citizenship behavior, Human resource development, Ethical Climate and climate change
