Janice E. Jules is a Lecturer in Linguistics in the Department of Language, Linguistics and Literature in the Faculty of Humanities and Education at The University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus. Her research interests include innovations in language teaching, strategies and methods in Teaching English as a Second and Foreign Language and teaching Standard English to non-standard speakers of the language.
