Jodie L. Kleinschafer

Jodie Kleinschafer is a Research Fellow for the Regional Work and Organisational Resilience (RWOR) research project. RWOR focuses on the workforce needs of regional Australia, including workforce wellbeing, planning and management to increase regional resilience for societal good. She is also the deputy leader of the Health Services Research group and a member of the steering committee for the Western Health Research Network. Jodie conducts mixed methods research focused on consumer behaviour and decision-making in not for profit and social marketing contexts such as health, disability, energy efficiency and climate change.
