Johnny Bernard Green

Bernard Green currently serves as senior coordinator of scholar initiatives in the Division of Academic Enhancement at The University of Georgia (UGA). Mr. Green’s research interest includes women of color, student activism in higher education, sexual violence on college campuses, and the intersections of faith and the identity of being LGBTQ. Bernard Green is a double eagle, graduating two times from Georgia Southern University, where he earned a bachelor’s in history and a Master of Education in higher education. He is currently a doctoral candidate in the counselling and student personnel, college student affairs and administration program at The University of Georgia.
