João Pinheiro de Barros NetoJoão Barros Neto is Coordinator of the Extension Course in Applied Leadership at the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo - PUC (COGEAE). Graduated in Administration with Major in Foreign Trade from Faculdade Associada de São Paulo (1991), specialization in Production Administration and Industrial Operations from Fundação Getúlio Vargas - FGV SP (1993), Master in Administration from Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (1998) and Doctorate in Social Sciences and Post-Doctorate from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (2002). He is currently a member of the Group of Excellence in Higher Education Institutions - GIES of the Regional Administration Council of São Paulo - CRA SP and Assistant Professor at the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo - PUC SP at the Faculty of Economics, Administration, Accounting and Actuarial - Department of Administration, Epistemological Area of Personnel Management. Has experience in Administration, with an emphasis on Organizational Behavior, acting on the following topics: leadership, social responsibility, people management, skills. He has 33 books published as author, co-author and organizer, in addition to several articles.
