Kai Liu

Kai Liu received PhD in Comparative Corporate Governance from the Faculty of Law at the National University of Malaysia in 2013. Kai holds the Fellowship of China Law Society and Higher Education Academy, UK. Over the past decade, Kai has worked as a Teaching Fellow at Graduate School of Business, the National University of Malaysia; a Legal Advisor at a Law Firm in Beijing, China; an Investment Consultant at an International Consulting Company, Hong Kong; a Research Fellow at Law School, the University of South Australia; an Investment Consultant at a Property Investment Company in Melbourne, Australia; a Corporate Director of a Trading and Investment Company in Adelaide, Australia; and a Course Convener and Assistant Professor at Chinese Culture Teaching Center, Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University. Kai has presented papers extensively at top international conferences and published research findings in refereed journals and book chapters with the world's leading publishers. Kai also has rich experiences in collaborative research project management and student supervision.
